Luis Delahoz Joins Pro Logic Systems

MIAMI LAKES, Fla.--July 17, 2006--Pro Logic Systems is pleased to announce that effective July 1st, Luis Delahoz has joined the company as a partner.

Mr. Delahoz will be responsible for setting strategic direction and leading Pro Logic Systems in its next stages of growth. Mr. Delahoz has served in executive management positions in the technology industry for over 20 years. Throughout his career Mr. Delahoz has distinguished himself as a positive change agent, helping to lead and effect business transformations to gain alignment to client and market centric strategies.

Most recently Mr. Delahoz served as Vice President of Sales at the Technology division of The NPD Group, a leading Market Research company. Additionally, Mr. Delahoz has held management positions as World-Wide Marketing Manager for the I-Series at IBM, Executive Vice President of Sales and Services at ClientSoft, and President & CEO at TWS International.
