From Miami International Airport:
  • Once on the airport exit road, take the Coral Gables exit ramp and continue south approximately 1/4 mile to the Dolphin Expressway (SR836).
  • Go west on the Dolphin for approximately 2 miles to the Palmetto Expressway (SR826). Stay to the right of the road and take the Palmetto North exit.
  • Continue north on the Palmetto for 9 miles to the NW 154th Street exit.
  • From the exit ramp, turn left at 154th Street and go west for less than 1/4 mi. to the second light, NW 77 Ave/Frontage Road. Look for Kislak Bank at the southwest corner of the intersection.
  • Turn left on Frontage Road and go south to 146th Street.
  • Turn right on 146th Street, go west two blocks to Commerce Way.
  • Turn left on Commerce Way and follow the road to 14411. Look for the grey four story building. We are located on the fourth floor at Suite 400.
From Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport:
  • Take I-95 South for 10 miles to the Palmetto Expressway (SR826 West).
  • Go west on the Palmetto for about 8 miles and exit at NW 154th Street.
  • From the exit ramp, turn left at 154th Street and go west for about 100 yds. To the next light, NW 77 Ave/Frontage Road. Look for Kislak Bank at the southwest corner of the intersection.
  • Turn left on Frontage Road and go south to 146th Street.
  • Turn right on 146th Street, go west two blocks to Commerce Way.
  • Turn left on Commerce Way and follow the road to 14411. Look for a grey four story building. We our located on the fourth floor at Suite 400.
From Downtown Miami:
  • Take I-95 North to the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836). Look for sign "SR-836 West to Airport/UM Jackson Medical Center"
  • Go west on the Dolphin for approximately 7 miles to the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826). Stay to the right of the road and take the Palmetto North exit.
  • Continue on the Palmetto for about 8.5 miles and exit at NW 154th Street.
  • From the exit ramp, turn left at 154th Street and go west for less than 1/4 mi. to the second light , NW 77 Ave/Frontage Road. Look for Kislak Bank at the southwest corner of the intersection.
  • Turn left on Frontage Road and go south to 146th Street.
